Terms of Service

These terms are between you, the gym owner, and GreetRep, a sole trader based in Dublin, Ireland. Contact hello@greetrep.com. They cover the pilot of the receptionist at greetrep.com.

The pilot

The pilot is free for 30 days from the day you go live. No card is taken. Example prices shown in the product are illustrations for later. They are not a bill. We will agree a price with you before any charge. You can stop at any time during the pilot.

The service

GreetRep answers from the details you save and can pass an enquiry to the booking link or tool you connect. It is a beta. It can be wrong, slow, or unavailable. There is no service-level agreement in the pilot.

No warranty

The pilot is provided as it is. We do not promise that replies will be complete, that a booking tool will accept a lead, or that the service will be uninterrupted. Nothing in these terms takes away a right that Irish law does not let us take away.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the timetable, prices, address, and answers you save. The receptionist is not allowed to invent those, and it will say what you saved.

You are responsible for using GreetRep lawfully with your members, visitors, and anyone who messages you. That includes having a lawful reason to handle their details, and not using the chat to mislead them. The Data Processing Addendum applies to visitor and enquirer data. You agree to it when you go live.

Acceptable use

Do not use GreetRep to break the law, to send unlawful or harmful content, to collect data you do not need, to impersonate someone, or to probe the service for a weakness. Invite codes are for the gym they were issued to. We can suspend a gym that misuses the pilot.

Liability

We are not liable for lost profits, lost bookings, or indirect loss, to the extent Irish law allows that limit. Our total liability for a claim about the service is capped at the fees you paid us for GreetRep in the 12 months before the claim. During the free pilot that amount is zero.

The cap does not apply to fraud, or to death or personal injury caused by negligence, or to any other liability that Irish law says cannot be limited.

Stopping

Cancel in Settings and the chat switches off immediately. We hard-delete that gym's data 30 days later. Delete my account removes it immediately. Neither step deletes records that already reached your booking software.

Law

Irish law applies. The courts of Ireland have jurisdiction. If a court strikes out one sentence, the rest still applies.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page and changing the date. The version in force took effect on 18 October 2026.
